a. Submission fee

BAhterania Journal of Cultural Development does not charge a fee at the time of manuscript submission. This implies that an editor’s decision to accept or reject a manuscript does not depend on submission fee. We do not charge processing fees as well. The cost for a review and editing of manuscripts is the responsibility of the journal.

b. Publication fee

The author does not have to pay any charges for publishing in the journal, both in print and online format. Publication fee is the responsibility of Wacana, Journal of the Humanities of Indonesia. The journal is also responsible for the printing costs of a printed journal version, but readers of the printed journal must reimburse the printing costs. Regarding the online format, electronic journals are accessible to readers for free.
